Megan Larson is a Christian singer/songwriter/recording artist born and raised in MN. She started really playing and developing a love for guitar when she was just 15 years old. Over the years she has released multiple singles - the most recent titled “Breakthrough” which was co-written and produced by lead singer Ben Calhoun from the band “Citizen Way”, and produced/mixed by “Hawk Nelsons” guitar player Micah Kuiper.

One of Megan’s dreams was to have a song make it to radio, and Breakthrough did. “It’s only because of Gods strength and provision that it happened”…says Megan. She hopes to encourage others by this story and more in her life that God is a big God who can do big things.

Megan has travelled to Nashville and surrounding areas several times for music related events and to write/record, and sees herself potentially making her way down there in the future if that is where God leads her. She loves the southern charm and hospitality, and of course…the music.

The most important thing to Megan in her music career is that she fully uses the gifts that God has entrusted her with to help others. Megan knows how healing music can be, and desires to encourage and inspire others through the words and melodies that she sings. It is important to her that her music and all she does is real, honest and from the heart… “I think that is the most important thing when writing, that it comes straight from the heart. Because if you need to sing and hear something, most likely someone else does too”, says Megan. 

Megan plans to travel to Nashville again to write and record in 2020, and eventually in the future take her songs out on the road.
